Our manufacturing system is accredited with ISO- 9001: 2008 that encourages us to make our production process more streamline. Spread across a sprawling area of 10000 square feet, our two production units are well equipped with modern machines that are imported from Japan. With our excellent production facility, we are able to meet the production target as well as manufacture 100000 units in one installment.

We make use of following machines and equipment for effective production:

• CNC turret punch press (AMADA, JAPAN) having 30 stations
• Shearing machine up to 8' length for cutting/ shearing
• Power Presses ranging from 2.5 Tone to 75 Tone capacities (10 Nos.)
• One NC hydraulic bending machine of 8' bed (Amada make)
• One Hydraulic bending machine of 8' bed (Nugan, Ahmedabad)

Our addition facilities include following:

• Power connection installed in 62 KVA
• Standby Generator set of 62.5 KVA and 40 KVA (Kirloskar)
• Own tool room for making & repairing new dies at home
• Own fabrication facility having 2 MIG welding, 25 KVA, spot welding

Through our requisite facility, we are able to fabricate sheet metal products, components, cabinets & racks in conformation with international quality standard. Moreover, we have a powder coating plant with eight tanks that are used in the pre-coating process.

We have voluminous warehousing facility helps us to store the bulk range of sheet metal products, components, cabinets and racks in an appropriate manner. We have warehouse personnel who maintain a clean environment and manage the bulk range in an effective manner. Our warehouse is regularly upgraded adopting latest technologies so as to ensure proper storage of voluminous consignments.

 

In addition, we take special care of packaging and make use of export quality packaging material for our product range. Our packaging experts ensure that safe packaging is done so as to any avoid any kind of damages during transit process.
