Our manufacturing system is accredited with ISO- 9001: 2000 that encourages us to make our production process more streamline. Spread across a sprawling area of 10000 square feet, our two production units are well equipped with modern machines that are imported from Japan. With our excellent production facility, we are able to meet the production target as well as manufacture 100000 units in one installment.

• CNC turret punch press (AMADA, JAPAN) having 30 stations
• Shearing machine upto 8' length for cutting/ shearing
• Power Presses ranging from 2.5 Tone to 75 Tone capacities (10 Nos.)
• One NC hydraulic bending machine of 8' bed (Amada make)
• One Hydraulic bending machine of 8' bed (Nugan, Ahmedabad)

Our addition facilities include following:

• Power connection installed in 62 KVA
• Standby Generator set of 62.5 KVA and 40 KVA (Kirloskar)
• Own tool room for making & repairing new dies at home
• Own fabrication facility having 2 MIG welding, 25 KVA, spot welding

Through our requisite facility, we are able to fabricate sheet metal products, components, cabinets & racks in conformation with international quality standard. Moreover, we have a powder coating plant with eight tanks that are used in pre-coating process.
